Block Party today / 12th & Main closed for 2 more weeks
Good news! The Main Street Promise project has reached an exciting milestone with completion of the 1400 block, from Mill Plain Boulevard to 15th Street. The City and Vancouver’s Downtown Association are hosting a block party today in recognition of Main Street businesses with live music, light refreshments from the Greater Vancouver Chamber, a special acknowledgement from Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle and more!
Not-so-good-news. Construction crews are still working on the water and sewer lines below the 12th and Main intersection for another 1-2 weeks. Below is a map to help visitors plan your approach and where to park.
Still, we are very excited for the improvements that are coming to our Main Street. A special thanks to all of the climbers sticking with us through the construction on Main Street!
