Plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes early for climbing shoe fitting. The mezzanine area is open to all gym users until the start of your party. 

• Wear socks - Climbing shoes are required on our walls and included with your party package.

*Please note that we're climbing facility with no dedicated party area. A table (60"x30") can be made available upon request to hold cake, pizza, and/or gifts for the optional break, or just keep climbing! Bring your own table cloth if desired.

Reminders for your guests:

ALL VISITORS (including parents and spectators) must complete a release form and check in at the front desk before entering the facility. Climbers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release. 

Capacity/Overbooking: 

Groups exceeding 12 climbers on the day of the event will be responsible for an additional cost of $32 per climber. 

Please limit the total number of non-climbing guests (such as family and friends) to 12.  There must be no more than 24 visitors in total (climbers plus spectators).

Custom events are available if your party expects more than 12 climbers. Contact the Source at 360-694-9096 for more info on our pricing and options if you expect more than 12 climbers. 

Cancelling or Rescheduling:  

There is a $5 fee to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a no-show, we will not issue a refund.
